This is for founders who need a focused push – for example before a launch, a funding round or after hitting a plateau – and want clarity, structure and momentum in a short, intense period.

In a typical sprint we focus on:

Sprint structure:

    We review your current situation: product, traction, funnel, metrics, funding goals. We define the key problems and set clear sprint outcomes.

  • Phase 2 – Design & test (Week 3–5)
    We design new positioning, funnel steps, experiments and investor story. You test first actions with customers and we iterate together.

  • Phase 3 – Decide & plan (Week 6–8)
    We consolidate what worked, define your growth roadmap, funding narrative and next 90-day plan, so you know exactly what to focus on.

Format:
  • Weekly 60–90 minute working sessions
  • Clear sprint board in Notion or similar
  • Async feedback on assets (copy, funnel, deck etc.)
