EA Growth isn’t an agency and it isn’t a generic coaching program. You work directly with a founder-level advisor who understands early-stage reality – limited time, limited budget, lots of uncertainty – and shapes the work around that.

Instead of selling you fixed campaigns or one-size-fits-all frameworks, we focus on a few things that actually move the needle:

  • Strategy + execution, not just theory: We don’t stop at slides. We turn strategy into concrete priorities, experiments and next steps, and review real work with you.
  • Early-stage first: Everything is designed for pre-seed to Series A, where you don’t have a full growth or funding team yet and every decision matters more.
  • Senior support only: No handover to juniors or a rotating project team. You get direct access to senior thinking and founder-level experience.
  • Lean and flexible: We work in focused sprints or fractional partnerships, fully remote, with a mix of calls and async support that fits your stage and schedule.
  • Network, not silos: When needed, we can plug in trusted experts from our network (founders, operators, specialists) instead of pretending to do everything alone.

Yes. The call is completely free and there is no obligation to work together afterwards. The goal is to understand your situation, give you clear input and see whether there is a good mutual fit. If not, you still leave with more clarity and concrete next steps.

No. The call is designed as a working session, not a sales demo. We’ll spend most of the time on your product, traction, funnel and funding challenges. If it feels like there’s a strong fit, we can briefly outline what working together could look like – but only if you want to.

EA Growth works best with early-stage founders from pre-seed to Series A. You can be in the validation phase, building your MVP, running early tests with users or already have first paying customers.

If you’re still at pure idea stage with no clear problem, no target customer and no real commitment yet, we’re probably a bit too early for each other.

You don’t need a big deck. It’s enough if you can briefly explain:

  • what you’re building,
  • who it’s for,
  • where you are right now (product, traction, funding), and
  • what your main challenge or question is.

If you already have a pitch deck, website or metrics, you can share links in the booking form.

Both. The call itself focuses on clarity and strategy, but our work with founders always connects strategy and execution. That means defining concrete experiments, priorities and next steps – and staying involved as a senior sparring partner while you implement.

EA Growth is based in Europe and works mostly with founders in DACH and across Europe, but all formats are fully remote and work just as well across time zones. We’re happy to run sessions in English or German, depending on what works best for you and your team.
