About EA Growth & Erman Aydin
Founder-led growth & funding advisory for early-stage Founders
EA Growth helps early-stage startups grow faster and raise funding without hiring a full-time senior team. We provide founder-led support on go-to-market, traction, customer validation, funnels and investor readiness.
EA Growth was created by Erman Aydin — founder, startup advisor and former startup CEO — with experience on both sides: building companies and working closely with startups, accelerators and innovation programs.
By combining entrepreneurial experience, a strong startup network and a sharp, creative marketing mindset, EA Growth helps founders understand real customer pain, build the right MVP, design simple but effective funnels and tell a compelling story to investors.
What EA Growth does
Helping founders turn potential into real traction
EA Growth exists to give early-stage founders access to senior-level growth and funding support at the stage where it’s usually out of reach.
We work closely with you as a sparring partner on strategy and execution – so you can make better decisions, move faster and avoid wasting limited time and budget.
In practical terms, that means helping you to:
Clarify your ideal customer and positioning
Validate real customer problems and pain
Design and optimise a simple, effective funnel
Prioritise experiments and focus your limited resources
Shape a sharp investor story and prepare for funding rounds
Who EA Growth is for
For startups with more potential than their current traction
EA Growth is a good fit for early-stage founders who want clear, senior support on growth and funding – without hiring a full-time team.
We work best with founders who:
Are building a B2B or B2C tech product at pre-seed to Series A stage
Have a product in market or are close to launch (MVP, beta or first paying customers)
Feel their startup has more potential than current traction or funding shows
Want a senior sparring partner, not a generic agency or hands-off coach
Are willing to experiment, learn fast and be honest about what’s working (and what isn’t)

Erman Aydin – Founder & Lead Advisor
EA Growth was founded by Erman Aydin, a founder and advisor who has spent the last 7+ years building startups and working with early-stage teams, accelerators and corporate innovation units.
Before EA Growth, Erman founded and built a B2B SaaS startup that later achieved a successful exit. After stepping out of the operational role he explored new startup projects and then spent two years in the Corporate Innovation & Exploration unit of a large company, helping to shape innovation strategy and set up venture-building structures from the inside.
Along the way, Erman supported accelerators as a mentor and juror, working with founders in different industries and stages. Again and again, one pattern kept showing up: strong technical teams and promising products, but a lack of senior support on growth and funding right when it matters most.
Today, EA Growth doesn’t just draw on Erman’s personal experience, but also on a trusted network of experts – founders, operators and specialists that can be brought in when a project needs additional, targeted expertise.
My job is to help founders see their startup more clearly than they can from the inside and then turn that clarity into real traction and funding.
Erman Aydin - CEO & Founder
Early-stage founders don’t need more noise – they need clear priorities, honest feedback and a senior partner who has been in their shoes.
Erman Aydin - CEO & Founder
The most common reason good startups get stuck is not the product – it’s unclear growth and a weak funding story. EA Growth exists to fix exactly that.

How we work with founders
Senior support that fits early-stage reality
EA Growth is built to give you senior support in a way that fits early-stage reality – lean, flexible and focused on what actually moves the needle.

Strategy + execution, not just advice
We translate strategy into concrete priorities, experiments and next steps – and stay with you while you implement.

Focused formats, clear timeframes
You work with us through fractional partnerships or 6–8 week sprints, so there is structure, momentum and a clear end point.

Remote, async-friendly collaboration
We work fully remote between Europe and Asia, combining calls with async updates so support fits around your calendar, not the other way around.

Plug into a trusted expert network
When you need additional expertise, we can involve founders, operators and specialists from our network instead of trying to do everything alone.
